In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Oh, Merciful Jesus, Thy kindness is infinite and treasure of compassion inexhaustible. I will forever trust in Thy mercy which supercedes all Thy work. I consecrate myself eternally to You, My Lord Jesus, so that I may live underneath the rays of Thy Love and Thy Mercy, which radiates from Thy Sacred Heart on the Cross. I will promote Thy Mercy through spritual and corporal works of mercy, especially in converting sinners, counseling the sick and afflicted and helping the poor in any way that I can. Please protect me as Thy property and glory for I fear my weaknesses and call upon Thy Mercy to get me through each and every day. May all of humanity come to know the profoundness of Thy great Mercy and may we all live with Thy everlasting hope and love throughout all eternity. Through Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Glory Be to The Father, and to The Son, and to The Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
